Make the most of Your Spa Experience

We Kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for facial and massage services. This allows time to complete any necessary forms and to change into a robe and unwind in our relaxation room before beginning the service at your scheduled time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment we require at least 24 hours’ notice for a single service. Changes made within this timeframe will be subject to a 50–100% charge.

For multiple services, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in applicable fees.

Cancellations must be made over the phone. If you fail to show up for your appointment or arrive too late to receive your full service, you will be charged the full-service amount.

Please note that the standard cancellation policy does not apply to Saturday appointments. Once scheduled, Saturday appointments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Gift Cards: The Perfect Present for Every Occasion`

A U Med Spa gift card makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday, or cause for celebration. Gift cards are not refundable, not transferable, or redeemable on same day of purchase. Also, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be combined with any other offer.

Relaxation and Privacy in Our Treatment Area

For the enjoyment of all guests, only those receiving a treatment are allowed beyond the reception area. To avoid the need to reschedule treatments, please make appropriate childcare arrangements.

Maintaining a Peaceful Spa Environment

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by turning off cell phones and keeping conversations to a whisper.

What to Wear for a Comfortable Spa Experience

When you arrive, a robe and slippers are provided for massage and facial services. You may disrobe to your level of comfort in order to enjoy your service.  Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere in our shared relaxation room, access is reserved for guests in spa robes and slippers—street clothes are not allowed.

Spa Guidelines for Young Guests

While we do not offer a dedicated children’s menu, standard services may be booked for children in accordance with the following guidelines:

Massage, Facials, & Body Treatments: Children under 12 years of age may not receive massages, facials, or body treatments.

Skincare & Waxing: Guests ages 12–17 may receive facial, arm, underarm, bikini, or leg waxing with parental consent. Brazilian services are not permitted for guests under 18.

Nail Care: Children ages 8+ may receive a manicure, pedicure, or polish change services when accompanied by an adult.

Parental Presence & Consent: All guests ages 14 and under must have a parent or guardian present in the spa throughout their service. Written parental or guardian consent is required for all guests under the age of 18 before services begin.
